"New Qualifications On Offer At PMPartners"

PMPartners are pleased to announce they have two new training workshops available which lead to either a Certificate IV in Project Management or a Diploma of Project Management.

If you have already completed our Project Management Fundamentals workshop, all you need to do is complete our Bridging Day and you can be assessed for the qualification of a Certificate IV in Project Management.

If you have already completed our Project Management for Business & IT&T Professionals CompTIA Project+ Certification workshop, by completing an additional Bridging Day you can be assessed for the qualification Diploma of Project Management.

Another exciting announcement is that at the same time you are being assessed for the Certificate IV and Diploma, you can also be assessed for additional certifications with the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) through their RegPM programme.

When you are being assessed for your Certificate IV you can also nominate to be assessed for the AIPM's certification of Qualified Project Practitioner (QPP), and when you are being assessed for your Diploma of PM you can also choose to be assessed for the AIPM's certification as a Registered Project Manager (RPM).

PMPartners are proud to say that we are the only training company in Australia who are currently offering you one qualification (Diploma of PM)and two certifications (CompTIA Project+ and RPM) by simply completing 6 days of Project Management training.

  • An article currently featured on the CompTIA website (written by staff writer Kristin Clifford) states that some IT Professionals believe their employers primarily value their interpersonal, communication and technical skills as well as strategic thinking and project management skills.   • According to an article from Sandra Rossi of Computerworld released in early March, the most difficult to fill positions for ICT employers are business analysts and project managers, and employers are using a "restricted pool of talent to meet demand". Cyrus D'Cruz, the IT&T Executive General Manager of recruitment firm Hudsons, was interviewed for the article and stated that "….project managers and analysts tend to rely most heavily on softer skills around understanding business impacts, business engagement, and business enablement . . . these are important skills that give candidates the ability to influence and create business cases and outcomes".
