Organisational Maturity Review

That's why PMPartners has drawn from our years of experience in applying the following standards to develop a world class Organisational Maturity Review (OMR).

  1. OPM3: Organisational Project Management Maturity Model v1 2003 (owned by the Project Management Institute).
  2. PMMM: PRINCE2 Maturity Model v2005 (owned by the Office of Government Commerce).
  3. Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3) v1.0, 2006 (owned by the Office of Government Commerce).
  4. PMO: The Australian Institute of Project Management's Project Managed Organisation Award.

The PMPartners OMR is comprised of six streams:

  1. Portfolio and Program Management Infrastructure.
