Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner Workshop  (2 Days)
This workshop is intended for those currently working in programme management and those coming into programme management from project management. The pre-requisite to sit through this 2 day workshop is the 3 day MSP Foundation course and a pass in MSP Foundation exam. This workshop includes the 2.5 hour MSP Practitioner exam.

Managing Successful Programmes Advanced Practitioner Workshop  (2 Days)
This 2 day workshop is intended for programme managers and aspiring programme managers, and it is highly recommended that participants have considerable Programme Management experience before completing this workshop. The pre-requisite to attend this workshop is the 2 day MSP Practitioner course and a pass in the MSP Practitioner Certificate exam. This workshop includes the 2.5 hour MSP Advanced Practitioner written exam.
