Project Level

The project level extended workforce provides the management of day-to-day project activities within each project life cycle phase--start-up, planning, execution and closedown. The project manager provides the planning and oversight of the activities necessary for the management and control of activities, deliverables, work plans, budgets, staffing, issues and milestones for a given project that contributes to the achievement of objectives and benefits.  Typically one or two project managers are provided to assist with the delivery of specific projects based upon requirements.  PM-Partners group or client based systems and processes can be used.

Program Level

The program level oversees a group of projects focused on delivering specific measurable business outcomes. The program manager concentrates on the macro view and impact of several projects organised to achieve a particular business objective and benefit. The program level often uses exception reporting and status techniques and will normally consist of a program manager supported by project managers based upon requirements.  PM-Partners group or client based systems and processes can be used.
 
Enterprise Level

The enterprise level focuses on business benefits, linkage to the business plan, business investment risk, project portfolio prioritisation, organisational capacity planning, progress monitoring to business plan objectives, oversight, guidance, governance and standards. Enterprise level reporting and project/program reviews are facilitated by the enterprise program manager.  The enterprise level service will often incorporate the above delivery services based upon requirements and can utilise PM-Partners group or client based systems and processes.
